How Group and Team Orders Work (And Why the Price Drops as You Add People)
·
Have a TeeOrdering custom apparel for a whole team, school or group is a different process than buying one shirt for yourself — different sizes, sometimes different names and numbers, and a price that should get better as the order gets bigger. Here's how it actually works.
One design, every size in one order
You design the garment once — logo, colours, placement — then set a quantity for each size. Everyone's shirt shares the same design and the same decoration charge is split across the whole group, so you're not paying a separate setup fee per person.
Pricing drops as the group grows
DTF pricing is tiered by total quantity across your order — the more pieces, the lower the price per piece. Add a few more people to the roster and the whole order can drop into the next pricing tier, which is often worth more than it costs. The Design Studio shows you exactly how many more pieces would get you to the next price break.
Need names and numbers on the back?
For team jerseys and spirit wear, the Team option in the Design Studio lets you build a roster — name, number and size for each person — and we print or stitch each one individually, still priced as part of the same group order.
Don't want to collect everyone's size yourself?
For schools, clubs and larger groups, a free Web Store is usually easier: everyone gets a link, picks their own size, and pays individually — no spreadsheets, no chasing people for payment. You set your price above our cost and keep the difference as a fundraiser or group margin.
Getting started
For most group orders, just head to the Design Studio, pick the garment, and use the sizes-and-quantity grid. For 100+ pieces or anything that needs a custom quote, message us on WhatsApp and we'll quote it by hand, usually within a business day.
